The state has presented below tweets as evidence that Jacob Ngarivhume of Transform Zimbabwe incited violence.

Ngarivhume was arrested on Monday and appeared in court this Wednesday.

We present the tweets below.

  • A. Today I spent the day meeting and consulting different stakeholders, mobilizing for the #31 July movement. I met with top bishops, Ian Makone, Dr @ShingiMunyeza, Elton Mangoma and @CdeGodfreyTsenaz. The buy-in is growing, CORRUPTION IS IN TROUBLE and HOPE is on the way.
  • B. 1. On the 31st of July I’m proposing a national demonstration. People are suffering so that Mnagagwa can live out his fantasy to be a president. As a people we need to think logically.
  • C. THESE CORRUPT CRIMINALS ARE DESTROYING OUR FUTURE. LET’S BRING OUR SUFFERING TO THE GOVERNMENT’S ATTENTION. LETS COME TOGETHER AS CITIZENS AND SAY ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
#TAZOJAR3RWA #BAYASIJWAYELA. THE PEOPLE WILL SPEAK AGAIN
PULLING TOGETHER TO MAKE ZIMBABWE A JEWEL AGAIN
