A Johannesburg millionaire, Thabiso Hamilton Ndlovu who made shock waves in South Africa after buying five top of the range vehicles during lockdown allegedly awarded R400 million coronavirus tender.

Thabiso was offered a tender to provide covid-19 PPE’s in various schools across KZN and the information is as follows:
So this young chap Hamilton Ndlovu who bought Laxury cars was given a purchase to order and supply Covid-19 PPE's at above 120Million Rands.
